A: Water, parking, and the use of the pool are all included in the rental price.

A: Gas is not included and must be paid upon check-out (€ 5.60 per m3). Electricity is also not included and must be paid upon check-out (€ 0.35 per kw). We will read the meters together when you arrive and right before you leave. There is also a cleaning fee of € 100 due at end of your stay (this is usually taken out of the deposit).

A: Arrivals and departures are on Saturday. Check-in is between 4pm and 6pm, and check-out is before 10:00am. Please let us know in advance if your travel arrangements will make it difficult to arrive at check-in time.

A: No, pets are not allowed.

A: The Villa is equipped with kitchen and bath linens, as well as appropriate size bed linens and blankets. However, please bring your own towels for the pool.

A: No: In order to assure the same level of cleanliness to all of our clients when they arrive, we must use a professional cleaning service.
